The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered various leisure facilities such as a sauna and massage services, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

We had a great stay at a traditional Japanese hotel near Lake Yamanaka. Our room was spacious with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen baths. The hotel is situated near interesting restaurants and shrines. It also boasts a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji in the morning.

The breakfast timings were limited, which made it difficult for us to enjoy the free meal.

We were blown away by the amazing view from our room, which provided us with an unobstructed view of a snowcapped mountain towering over a beautiful lake. The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, and we took great pleasure in sipping tea at the traditional table by the window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Although most of the staff were able to speak some English, we would have appreciated having at least one fluent English speaker. the rooms could benefit from air fresheners, as they were a tad stuffy.

Spent Christmas nearby a serene lake, free parking for our car and exhilarating bicycles to rent just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing view of a beautiful mountain from our spacious room. Soaking in the hot communal bath after an active day is a relaxing treat.

Despite an overall enjoyable stay, the onsen was a bit too hot for our liking. we were disappointed that breakfast without a reservation is not possible.
